::2.18.2007::So originally we had planned on recording the demos for our new album at a studio, which would have cost a lot more than we'd like to spend just to get some rough drafts of songs recorded. So on Friday night we stopped at good old Guitar Center (aka the money pit), and bought our own home studio. It's a KORG D888 (8 track) digital recording station. What this means... we can start recording our own demos now and you'll be able to hear them much sooner than if we would have had to go to a studio! This also means that we can spend more time on the recording process so musically it will be better and more produced. It also means that we can edit the songs as many times as we want without paying for studio time. My point?... Once we have our demos uploaded onto the website, Myspace, and Purevolume; we want your suggestions on what you think we could do to make the songs better!

In other news... the sun still exists. I even saw it yesterday! It was bright orange and lit up the sky. Please e-mail me if anyone else noticed the big light bulb in the sky...

::12.24.2006:: It's Christmas Eve. WOW! This year has flown by way faster than any year yet. I can't believe it. We've had a ton of crazy times as a band and have many more to come for 2007. I can't wait. I can't really tell you all what we have planned yet because the rest of the guys would kill me but trust me, I want you to know.

Anyway... I'm turning 20 on Tuesday. Yep, my birthday is the day after Christmas. It makes for an insane holiday season but that's how I like it. Intense... Jack and Scottie are both 20 already so we'll all be the same age again. I'm the youngest but only by a month.

New years eve show coming up! Hope to see you all there. Take care of yourselves and eachother and Merry Christmas.
