"We don't care about genre or style." proclaims lead singer and guitarist, Cory Howard. "We play what's real. We're not trying to fit into a certain category and that's what makes us diverse. The music that shines through in our writing is unique to us because we have so many different influences and we love all kinds of music. This new CD will be packed with the best writing we've ever done."

Intermission is aiming to have the new full length released within the summer of 2007 and will hit the road on a west coast tour, followed by the rest of the country, directly after it is released.

11/25/2006: NEW DEMO! & Acoustic performances:
++Hope you all had an amazing Thanksgiving! I ate so much turkey and pie! Anyway, we spent the weekend before turkey day in the studio recording a new demo. It has 3 of our newest songs on it and we're very proud of what we got down on tape in such a short period of time. The new songs are temporarily called: "Reasons Why I Drink", "Cruel", and "Cloud 9 Crime". Those may end up being the permanent names but we'll let you help us decide on that. We have all three songs up on our myspace and purevolume sites.

If you look at our tour page you can see that we have an acoustic show coming up. The coolest part about it is that it's completely free. We've been working up an acoustic set and it's turning out very well. The songs have a mellow but very intoxicating sound when unplugged and we're really stoked to show you what we've been working on.

Come down to all of our shows! They are very different everytime and make sure to download our new songs as soon as they are posted on our myspace and purevolume.
